Iron ore with high moisture content not only affects the efficiency of the ironmaking process, but also increases transportation costs. Therefore, in order to improve production efficiency, the customer decided to introduce an iron ore dryer.
 
We customized a high-efficiency and energy-saving rotary dryer according to the needs of customers. The full drying line is with the capacity of more than 200 tons per day, and it can dry iron ore with a moisture content of from 25% to 5%.
The dryer adopts advanced hot air circulation technology, which can quickly evaporate the water in the iron ore and improve the drying efficiency of the ore. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with an intelligent control system, which can automatically adjust according to the moisture content of iron ore and production needs to ensure the best drying effect.
