Our customer owns a mining company, was facing a critical challenge in their ore processing operations. They needed an effective solution to efficiently dry ore concentrates before shipping them to smelting facilities. Traditional drying methods were time-consuming, energy-intensive, and resulted in uneven drying, affecting the overall quality of the concentrate. 
Our company designed a custom rotary dryer for them. This advanced dryer utilized a combination of hot air circulation, precise temperature control, and innovative drying techniques to ensure uniform and rapid drying of the ore concentrates. This dryer can dry 250 tons of the ore concentrates per tons. and the final moisture content can reach 3%.
