For the industrial heating source, most company will choose coal as the fuel. But some coal like Indonesia lignite is of low calorific value, if directly burned, the thermal efficiency is low. How to take full use of the coal to utilize the coal power?
Here is the good way:
Firstly, dry the coal to increase the thermal value, usually we choose the coal rotary drum dryer, then fine coal after drying is extracted from the feeder dryer system and fed into the burner for heat generation to significantly reduce the power requirements.
Therefore, if the plant uses a combination of diesel and pulverised coal to generate the heat to dry the coal, the company save significantly on fuel expenses.
