Background:
Sewage treatment station produces about 30 tons of sludge per day, water content is about 80%. In addition, the water reuse plant produces about 10 tons of sludge per day, water content of 90%.
Currently, the enterprise sludge is mixed with coal-fired boiler for the incineration treatment. But because the sludge water content is so high that brings trouble to the the coal-fired crushing transmission.

Sewage Drying Solution:
Afetr drying water content of the sludge to about 35%, mixed it with coal-fired boiler to do the incineration treatment.
