This gypsum rotary dryer system can dry gypsum with a moisture content of 25% to 7%, and can handle 200 tons of wet materials per hour. The whole gypsum rotary dryer system has an intelligent control system and high energy consumption ratio. It can dry wet gypsum quickly and evenly in a short time, effectively shortening the production cycle. The intelligent control system can be adjusted according to the humidity and temperature of the raw materials, ensuring that the drying process of gypsum is more accurate and controllable.

After the introduction of the gypsum rotary dryer, the operating speed of the production line was greatly increased, and the drying time of raw materials was reduced by more than half, effectively improving production efficiency.
