Coal Slag Rotary Dryer Introduction
Coal slag dryer is mainly used for drying particulate materials of a certain humidity and granularity, such as coal, sand, gypsum, etc. According to the final moisture requirements, the moisture content after drying can reach 1%-0.5% or below.
Coal Slag Rotary Dryer Working Principle
The wet material is fed into the inner layer of the three-layer drum by the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board in the inner layer and spirally conveyed to achieve heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters. In the middle layer, counter-current drying is performed, and the materials are continuously raised in the middle layer. This is a two-step progress. The material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat dissipated by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat from the middle drum while prolonging its drying time, the material in this state will achieve the best dry state. The material goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material in the outer drum is in a rectangular multi-loop manner. The material that achieves the drying effect quickly moves out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not reach the drying effect cannot be fast due to its own weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular copying board to achieve a drying effect and the drying process is completed. Dust-laden dust discharged through the dust collection equipment to collect dust.
Coal Slag Rotary Dryer Characteristic
