Compound Fertilizer Dryer Introduction
The dryer is designed for compound fertilizer production process and suitable for each system of compound fertilizer production line such as preliminary drying handling NP compound fertilizer.
While using as dryer for granulated fertilizer, flow direction of flue pipe gas and material shall adopt downstream manner; inlet gas temperature of flue pipe gas can be decided according to operation conditions of each system. In general, it shall be less then 400℃. It can achieve stipulated final water content of each density compound fertilizer as national standard.
Working Principle
Firstly, wet material is transported to the rotary drum dryer by the belt conveyor. Because of the inclination of drum dryer and the rotation movement, material can be uniformly scattered and fed into high temperature media inside for heat exchanging to keep material dry; vibration device is mounted at feeding end of shell to prevent fertilizer from melting on the inner wall due to high temperature and keep drying operation normal. After drying, most of the dry material is discharged through the belt conveyor. The left material mixed with dust continue goes into the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector in sequence, where the dust will be collected. Lastly, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
