Biomass Hot-air Stove Introduction

DDRF-480 type biomass hot-air stove is a newly developed hot-air stove developed by Dongding, the first use of multi-row tube heat exchange technology, compact structure, strong and fast heating, high efficiency, easy installation and operation, stable performance, has reached the domestic advanced level.
The hot-air stove is used for heating of the chicken and duck house, the tall workshop, the plastic greenhouse, also is widely used in the drying, printing and dyeing, painting and other drying heating source for grain, food, medicinal herbs, tobacco, various agricultural and sideline products and various industrial materials .
The Biomass hot-air stove is divided into mechanical part and electric control part. The mechanical part mainly consists fuel buffer, conveying, ignition, burning, heat transfer, smoke discharging and ash cleaning. The electronic control part mainly realizes the setting, the screen display, the adjustment mechanical part coordinated operation.

Working Principle

First, the biomass pellet fuel is poured into the silo. Biomass hot air stove starts, feed screw will feed the biomass pellet fuel into the combustion chamber of the furnace, at the same time, the electric ignition heating, at a certain temperature, fuel began to burn. The fire gradually increased, the temperature of the heat exchanger up to a certain temperature, the hot-air exchanger starts, the air of the chicken and duck house starts heating circularly. The control system continuously detects temperature data of the temperature sensor, and adjusts the combustion process automatically according to the fire , so that the temperature can be reached at the target temperature that users demand.
